The quality of hair is incredible. Thick hair from root to tip, thin weft, washes and styles like a dream, minimal shedding. I was hesitant to spend so much but after trying all the "top" hair vendors this tops them all and worth every penny!

I ordered the wrong texture bundles in error, it was late in The afternoon and my hair appointment was going to be 2 days. I called customer service and the young lady was wonderful, great.. They asked me a few questions I took pictures so they could see what came. They email me a return label and sent out the correct hair that I meant to order. I got everything in time and I mail back the original order..
