Shipping Policy

Shipping & Processing Time
Orders are processed Mondays through Fridays excluding weekends and holidays, We have a standard 24-72 hour processing time prior to the shipment of all orders. This processing timeframe is subject to change due to sales or holidays. 

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted, as a result order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to products, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc. We encourage customers to review order details carefully before submitting their order.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your items have been shipped.

It takes approximately 3-7 business days for orders to be delivered after the order processing time frame. 

International orders typically take up to 10 business days for delivery. 

International taxes and customs charges
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Exclusive Extension is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. However you have our full commitment to servicing you.
