How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders usually ship within 3-7 business days after processing.

I did not receive a tracking number?
Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website.
What is Route?
Route is our package insurance. It is available for purchase for a very small fee at checkout when selecting your shipping method. Both our international and domestic customers can opt-in for Route. Customers who are protected under Route can file claims to receive a replacement or a refund back for packages that are lost in transit, arrive damaged, or are stolen. The claim filing process includes three steps and is completely self-serve and easy to do.
Can I make changes or cancel my order?
We understand that you may change your mind after placing an order however, to ensure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot be altered, cancelled or changed once your payment is complete. We encourage customers to review order details carefully before submitting their order.
May I return my order?
Exclusive Extensions takes pride in ensuring that we maintain a high level of quality control by making sure your luxury hair extensions & wigs are fresh, new and only for you. To ensure that we continue to maintain this high level of service and hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns. 
Damages and issues?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, send us a video  so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

Can you apply the discount code after my order is placed?
Promo codes must be applied at checkout before completing your order, once an order is submitted we are unable to edit it, discount codes can’t be added after your order is submitted, applied to previously placed orders or combined with any other promotions or credits.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Join our Exclusive Insiders list for updates on upcoming promotions and offers.  

Do you wholesale?
Due to high demand of our products , we are unable to offer Exclusive Hair Extensions for wholesale or vendor purchase.

How much hair do I need?
Keep in mind the longer the length the shorter the wefts.
For a full install we recommend 12-16 inches 2-3 bundles, 18-24 inches 3 or more bundles, 26-30 inches 4 or more bundles, 30 inches and up 5 or more bundles of hair for a fuller look.

How much does each bundle weigh?
Each bundle is weighted between 3.2-3.5oz.

How long will my hair Last?
Our extensions will last from 3 to 5 years with proper care and maintenance.

Does the hair appear natural?
Very! The wind could blow, someone could touch your hair, swim, sauna, and spa. It is incredible and the hair is as light as a feather, no one will even know you have hair extensions.

Can I color this hair?
Yes, this is 100% virgin human hair that is not processed in any way. So you can color the hair, we recommend that you color or process your virgin hair by a professional.

What type of hair care products should I use?
Treat this hair like your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable. We recommend using a deep conditioner on your virgin hair once per week, but avoid using oil or heavy styling products.

Do I have to do anything special in the morning?
We advise that you comb your hair every morning. Gently brush your hair from the ends towards your scalp. Starting from the ends keeps the pressure off the weft area and is a good way to maintain the longevity of the extensions.

Do I have to do anything special at night?
You must NEVER sleep on wet hair. Sleeping on wet hair is known to matte hair that makes it very difficult to keep the hair the way you want. Just make sure your hair is completely dry before you go to sleep and you shouldn’t have anything to worry about. Rolling your hair in rods or twisting it at night will maintain your curls and limit the amount of heat you have to use on your hair daily.
 
Can I go swimming?
You may go swimming in pools and hot tubs. We recommend braiding your hair or pulling it up into a ponytail before swimming to keep your hair from tangling. It is best to wash your hair right after swimming.

How often can I wash my hair?
As often as you like.

Can The Hair Be Straightened Or Curled?
Your new virgin hair extensions can be styled like your own hair. You are able to use a hot tool to straighten, curl, crimp, etc. It is imperative that you use a heat-protecting product.

What is the definition of Virgin? 
“Virgin” meaning guaranteed to be unprocessed, free of any hair color or chemicals; retaining all cuticles in its original healthy state.
Virgin Hair is the most luxurious hair extension on the market. Each bundle can vary slightly in texture and wave pattern since it comes from different donors. NO two bundles are exactly the same. Caring for Virgin Hair is no different from caring for your natural hair. Our Virgin Hair is the closest you will find to your natural hair.

How long do Closures/Frontals last?
Lace Closures usually last between 2-3 months if cared for properly. They can even surpass that based on proper maintenance.
However, Lace Frontals have a shorter life span of 4-6 weeks or 1-2 uses due to their unique and delicate craftsmanship & it typically needs to be re-applied.

Closures vs Frontals?
The main difference between a closure and a frontal is the coverage size.

Lace closures come in a square size (normally 4x4 5x5 6x6 7x7) installed in place to the top or side of the head, starting from your natural hairline. 

Lace frontals (13x4, 13x6) coverage go from ear to ear starting from the hairline back to the mid section of your head.                                                                   None of your natural hair is left out & both are used to recreate a natural hairline and protect your hair from heat damage, coloring, bleaching ect.
Choosing the best option for you is ultimately up to what your hair goals are.

Lost Packages?
We always strive to provide the best possible service. Exclusive Extensions is not responsible for lost, stolen or mishandled packages during the delivery process. Exclusive Extensions is not responsible for packages delayed in transit, this includes the Holiday season. The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
